If you have been no-lifing Diablo 4's Season 11 for a while now, you have probably hit that point where your whole setup is bottlenecked by Shard of Agony. Without it, Duriel runs feel like a waste of time. You still go into the Gaping Crevasse in southern Kehjistan, still delete a giant worm, but the real loot does not show unless you feed his chest three shards per open. World Bosses, Invasion Boxes And Side Farming

With Azmodan Invasion Boxes in play, the shard drop chance is finally good enough that you do not feel like you wasted your time for a handful of mats.
